Hoteline is an online hotel reservation system and we are always keen to improve the security and accessing tools of our website. We collect personal data that you provide to us when using the Hoteline system or give us in any other way. This consists of information that can identify you (“personal information”), including your first and last name, credit card detail, postal address, country, telephone number, fax number and email address. We may also collect non-personal information that linked to your personal data including your username and password, IP address and search preferences. If you make reservation through our system, we may store the booking information of hotel preferences, length of stay and travel companions. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information and travel preferences. You can choose not to provide information to us, but some information about you are required in order for you to submit the inquiries, or to process, book and complete your reservation.
Use of Information Collection
Hoteline processes your Personal Data and other information for the following purpose:
User Account Registration: Hoteline use the data to register you as a Hoteline user to serve you with the requested services and information about our product and to communicate with you.
Reservation Orders: Hoteline use the personal and non-personal data for the purpose of completing the booking, travel confirmation and to process the billing.
Newsletters: A panel for you to receive promotional information or announcement from us (in respect to our affiliated companies' or business partners' products or services). If you no longer want to receive our newsletter and other promotional communications, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link.
Control over Personal Data
You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. You may edit and modify your personal information through the Hoteline user account. If you wish to delete or oppose to the processing of your Personal Data from our database, please contact us at support@hoteline.travel.
Protecting the Personal Data
In order to protect and safeguard the personal data provided to us, we have implemented and use appropriate business systems and procedures. Your credit card information will be transmits to us through a secure server protocol, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. We have implemented and use security procedures and technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using personal information. Credit card information given is only retained for the purpose of the payment transaction. No permanent record of the credit card information will be store in Hoteline.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access and we have intrusion detection systems that monitor and detect unauthorized (attempts to) access or misuse our servers.

Please note that from time to time, we may use third party distributors which provide services and functions for and on our behalf. These third parties include web hosting services, data analysis and bank’s credit card panel.
